Reader Reviews:

Site: Dave's Caves

Location: Rarotonga

Description: Cave dive

Depth: 28 metres (92 feet)

Visibility: 40 metres (130 feet)

Rating: ****

This is an excellent dive through lots of passages and gullies. Inside the cave there is a plaque to Dave, a divemaster who died of cancer, which gives the cave its name. The caves are very interesting and held quite a bit of life including lionfish, stonefish, painted flutter-mouths and a white-mouth moray eel.

Rik Vercoe, BSAC Advanced Instructor
